JUDY LUNN has often been told that she looks like Ellen DeGeneres, sounds like Anne Murray and embodies the spirit of John Denver in her music and a life dedicated to service.
Whether she is performing as a solo artist with her backing tracks and guitar, as a member of a live band or show production, or as a “Singing DJ” for a dance party, Judy can adapt to every budget and situation.
Judy has an incredible rapport with her audience – she connects with them instantly with her warm, comfortable style and genuine personality.
Her repertoire includes something for everyone – beautiful acoustic guitar ballads like “Annie’s Song” and “I’ll Have To Say I Love You In A Song” create a great ambiance for quiet dinner conversation. Judy uses quality backing tracks to create a full band sound for a fraction of the cost to sing the classic country, pop and folk hits that we all know and love so well.
This songbird from Pennsylvania has lived in the Palm Springs, California area for the past 20 years and has performed at private functions and charity events across the country since 1979.
She learned to play the acoustic finger-style guitar to play the beautiful ballads of John Denver and credits Anne Murray for being a role model and “virtual” vocal coach.
Her current mentors include Mary Chapin Carpenter, Kathey Mattea and Trisha Yearwood.
